Jaime Ayala
is a Strategic Advisor to EIC, with over 25 years of experience in C-level managment, who has risen up the ranks in the Corporate World, NGOs, and Startups, from sales engineering to global Chief Evangelist Officer & CEO positions, with sound impact in everything in between; being the most enjoyable tasks for him: business development, value creation, consulting, and sales. His 360° business vision has been nurtured in companies like Industria del Alcali-Vitro (circular economyâs Solvay Process), Sojitz Corp. (Japanese Sogo Shosha), and Transmantein (a Startup enabler with an engineering soul), as well as important chemical, energy and environmental NGOs like ANIQ, AmexGas, and WBCSD (Mexican chapter) where he has been Board Member or has presided chapters. He has participated in Boards since 2001 which has given him better coaching skills to develop his teams and he believes in constant training through disruptive thinking and technologies from all around the globe. His background has allowed him to participate in consortiums created to startup fertilizers & petrochemical global investments of over USD $ 5 billion. Hence the requirements from his commercial partners (some of them Fortune 500 companies) to support their ESG transformation efforts. He holds a BS in Chemical & Systems Engineering from Tecnologico de Monterrey (Monterrey, MEX) and an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management â ASU (Arizona, USA).
