Thirty-nine years of professional experience in Refining/Petrochemical Process Design/Licensing and Technology Marketing/Development.Experienced in both Downstream and Upstream process engineering design.Successfully launched the Engineering Design Center at Chevron to design Upstream surface/topsides Chevron facilities globally.Strong experience in design with emphasis in licensing and design of hydroprocessing units, including hydrocracking, hydrotreating, resid hydrocracking and gasoline hydrotreating.Scope of assignments has ranged from grassroots refinery FEED complexes to revamps, start-up support, proposal development, studies, pilot plant coordination and developmental projects, including refinery master planning studies and process management of refinery FEED configuration.
